Main value: Acceptance. This is the main idea, to respect and accept people with other characteristics. “Doesn’t matter if you are different, you are important”.

Every participant says something, presents another point about what inclusion means, but in the end all of them think of the same thing.  At the end of the video we can see the values written: opportunity, equity, power, choice; as a result of what people answered before.

In the video you can see a lot of people from different cultures, to show that this is also diversity. Also to make clear that this is a usual thing which shouldn’t lead to exclusion. Values: Social tolerance, helping the others, respect and honesty.
